Since 1998 NPP SINTEZ has been doing business in the chemical industry operating in the following two areas:
Hydrocarbon refrigerants and high purity gases
Products for glass container manufacture
Over the last years we have been the only s supplier of top quality specialty chemicals offering our customers the best solutions based on particular recipes.
In 2005, NPP SINTEZ LLC’s specialists did research, development and engineering work and developed the process to manufacture ozone-friendly R600a (Freon R600a) refrigerant.
Over 12 years, R600a refrigerant has been tested and has been widely used at the following factories: Atlant, Indesit International, LG Electronics RUS, Beko, Vesta, Don, Krasava, POZIS, and Haier.
At the end of 2017, we launched the production of R290 refrigerant (Freon R290).
In the process of sales development, the demand for products increased. The main customers - refrigerator manufacturers - demonstrated their interest in prospective delivery of other products.
As a result, we decided to have additional production capacities in order to manufacture a line of chemical agents for refrigeration industry:
high purity gases (high purity isobutane, high purity propane)
propellants
In the middle of 2019, NPP SINTEZ, in the framework of Commercialization VII programme, arranged by the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology, started the production of cyclopentane /isopentane blend for foaming of rigid polyurethane foam.
In November 2019, we launched the production of the first pilot batches of ozone-friendly non-toxic R1270 refrigerant, which is used in household refrigerators, commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, and we launched the production of higher purity propylene.
Since 2004, we have been manufacturing cold end and hot end coating compounds for glass container manufacture; in 2007, NPP SINTEZ developed and launched Gelltex, which is the Company’s own trade mark for chemical products intended for glass container manufacture.

RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
The Company has a well equipped analytic laboratory and synthesis laboratory for research and development.
We are members of the following associations: ROSKHIMREAKTIV and ROSSOYUZKHOLODPROM Association of Refrigeration Industry Companies.
Our Company is a committed and reliable partner of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology and the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade of Perm Krai.
